Very helpful staff, stored our large luggage and showed us to the bathrooms. Great location near city center, park, and attractions. Room was spacious with a kitchenette and comfortable beds. Well-equipped with functioning air conditioning. Simple but sufficient breakfast.

The hotel is perfectly located right in the city center, making it convenient for exploring the old town and visiting the botanical garden. The room was spotless and well-equipped with a jacuzzi and a kitchenette. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.
The AC was underpowered, and street noise could be heard even with the windows closed.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The location was ideal, as it was close to the city center and right near the botanical garden, making it easy for us to explore the beautiful park. The staff was friendly and helpful, great to leave our luggage after checkout and even showing us where to freshen up before our early flight. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a kitchenette and comfortable beds for all four of us. The cleanliness of the hotel was great, and the daily cleaning service ensured that everything was tidy. we were impressed with the hotel facilities and the convenient transportation options nearby.

The room looked even better in person, it was clean, new, and well-designed. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and we could easily walk to all the attractions. The staff was kind and always ready to help, even providing us with a charger when we forgot ours. The breakfast was great value for money and the Juliana restaurant was beautiful. Despite a few minor inconveniences, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is a great value for money. The rooms are equipped with a jacuzzi and a very comfy bed, which makes for a relaxing stay. The staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring that your needs are met. The location is perfect, right in the city center and beside the botanical gardens, providing a lovely view. The breakfast selection is also impressive, offering a variety of delicious foods.
The only minor issue was the noise from the air conditioning units outside the room.
